Below, you can find some of our frequently asked questions. If you are still unsure on anything or have any questions, please use the 'contact' page to send us a message.

That all depends on how much you like fudge!

  1. All fudge has a best before of 5-6 weeks from the day it is made. (If you can refrain from eating it within a few days!) Some flavour/topping combinations will have a shorter span to enable it, to keep it’s quality (such as biscuits).

  2. All fudge items will be labelled with a ‘best before date’ however, this is just a guide.

It is recommended that all fudge is stored at room temperature in an air tight container in a cool, dry place. 

If you like your fudge firmer then I recommend storing it in a refrigerator, in an air tight container.

Due to the nature of our fudge, we cannot be responsible for any items that are heat damaged during the warmer weather when posted. To prevent this, please ensure you are home for delivery or alternative arrangements are made, such as requesting your parcel is delivered to a neighbour, or you have it delivered to a work address. This is to prevent fudge deliveries being left outside.

When you receive your fudge please pop it into the fridge for half an hour for the best taste. If you prefer your fudge at a softer texture, please allow it to reach room temperature before consuming.

All orders are placed at the buyers risk.

Condensed Milk- Whole MILK , Sugar, Stabiliser.

Milk Chocolate- Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Mass, Whey Powder (MILK) Emulsifier: Lecithins ( SOYA ), Polyglycerol Polyricinoleate, Flavouring Suitable for vegetarians.

White Chocolate- Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK powder, Whey Powder (MILK) Emulsifier: Lecithins (SOYA), Polyglycerol Polyricinoleate, Flavouring Suitable for vegetarians.

Dark Chocolate- Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier: Lecithins (SOYA), Lactose (MILK) Vanilla Extract. Suitable for vegetarians.

All products may also contain peanuts, nuts, egg and gluten sources. Suitable for vegetarians.

Other allergens may be included dependent on the toppings you choose. Please look into the ingredients before ordering, if you have any allergens. None of our fudge contains nuts unless stated otherwise. For example- ‘Fruit and nut fudge bar’ ‘Coffee and walnut fudge bar’

All of our fudge is made within a home environment so whilst the allergens are stated above, we cannot guarantee it’s free from any allergens due them being made in a kitchen that handles all types.

Please contact us first if you do have an allergy BUT if you are still unsure, please do NOT purchase our fudge.

The texture of our fudge products will vary from batch to batch due to them being handmade, and certain inclusions will affect the texture as they contain more oil, e.g. peanut butter.

  • If you are ordering our letterbox fudge for a loved one, family member or friend, please select ‘ship to a different address’ at the checkout. Our letterbox fudge boxes can be personalised, so if you would like to add a personalised message then please type this in the ‘notes’ box and we will add it to your item.
  • If you choose local collection at the checkout, you MUST collect your order within 2 days of receiving your order completion email.
  • If you are making an order for a celebration/birthday but would like it prepared and processed at a later date of ordering then please pop this into the notes box otherwise, all orders will be processed and posted within 5 working days of your order being made.
  • Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered – I cannot be held responsible for posting to the wrong address.
  • Once an order has been processed, amendments cannot be made.
  • Refunds will not be given for items ordered by mistake or incorrect quantities so please double check this before checking out your cart.
  • We only accept payment via credit/debit cards and PayPal.
  • If you choose postal at the  checkout, your order will be posted ‘Signed For 1st or 2nd Class’ via Royal Mail
  • Please notify us if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 days of posting & we can claim it as a lost parcel with Royal Mail.
  • Proof of postage and a tracking number is obtained with each delivery – however if an item is lost or broken, please email us with photos (if damaged) and we will review on a case by case basis. In all cases the item must be returned to us if you require a refund or replacement – this is so we can start a claims process with Royal Mail.
  • Non bespoke/customised items will not be refunded or replaced unless they are in an unfit for purpose condition and cannot be eaten.
  • By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms and unfortunately I cannot be held accountable for such damages as each item is packaged with care.
  • Due to the nature of our products being handcrafted and made to order- refunds are not given unless the item is faulty. If a refund is given under exceptional circumstances then the PayPal fee will not be returned as this is now charged from April 2020.

I am always happy to go above and beyond for my lovely customers, so send me a message with your wants and needs and I will get back to you and try my hardest to help you with your fudgey fix!

Please email us ahead of ordering, so we can discuss your order and confirm it is doable before you make your purchase.  We love all  bespoke requests and we can even create full fudge wedding or celebration cakes, single, double or three tiered (these can be solid or they can come with a filled spread middle) if you fancy an alternative to a birthday cake!

We are happy to say, we are now able to offer wholesale. If this is something you are interested in, please use the ‘contact’ tab at the top of this page, stating your business and what products you are interested in stocking. We can then forward you our wholesale form so you can browse what is available to order in bulk.

Depending on the nature of your business, we can work together to produce a bespoke product for you or a limited edition flavour, which ties in with your business and is only available via yourself.
